Assistant Principal Jamond Klines

My name is Jamond Klines. I am a graduate of Amanda Elzy High School. I received a B.S. in Biology and Master’s in Education from Mississippi Valley State University. I also received an Educational Specialist in Leadership and Supervision from Delta State University. I have served as teacher and coach at AEHS for 8 years. I want to extend to you and your family a very warm welcome to Leflore County Elementary School. The early years are an exciting time when children embark upon new adventures in the world of learning. As a former teacher, I value the social and emotional development of each child. Each year will provide important transitions and the acquisition of new skills that will enhance each student's ability to apply learning in many ways. LCES is committed to providing a challenging and rigorous curriculum that helps each student progress at a developmental appropriate rate and provides a safe environment for all students.  In partnership with our community stakeholders, we will initiate enthusiasm, deepen understanding, and enhance learning for every student.
